Requirements to own an eLiquor Express or Franchise Store.
After Commitment Deposit is Reflecting in our Business Account, we will Source and Secure a Shop In your Preferred Areas of Trade. We will be in your Preferred Areas until a Store is Accepted by Yourself. Please avail yourself for Store viewings with the Brokers.
Before you start you must you must have Funds Ready to Proceed.
- Lease, rent, or own a building or business premises, in a business zoned area.
- You will be required to enter an eLiquor Franchise Agreement.
- You can source and secure your own shop, or;
- We can assist you to source a store, or offer you a possible retail outlet from Shops Submitted for Consideration, After you signed our Franchise Agreement, and After Commitment Deposit is Reflecting in our Business Account. We assist you to set up a NEW eLiquor Franchise Store from Start to Trade. You can set up an eLiquor Franchise Store Anywhere in South Africa. (Please note. Shop Availability Changes Daily as Accepted.)
- The purchase price of the business is R 330,000.00 (Excluding VAT and Excluding Trading stock).
- Commitment Deposit of at Least R 100,000.00 (Excluding VAT) is Required on Signature of the Agreement;
- Balance Due: R 230,000.00 (Excluding VAT) is Required Before commencement of the installation of the Shop Fittings and Fixtures, Walk-In Cold Room, Signage, Shelving, Retail Trading System, Retail System Training, CCTV Camera System, Uniforms and Name Badges, Store Launch Brand Activation, Business Cards and Flyers, etc.
- For eLiquor Franchise Stores, we fit from 120m2 to maximum of 200m2 floor space.
- For Shops up to 120m2 we offer eLiquor Express Bottle Stores.
Included in an eLiquor Franchise Store – Option 1. (Stores from 120m2 up to 200m2)
- Liquor License Application,
- 4 Door Walk-In Beer Fridge,
- Store Shelving up to 200m2 (Bigger stores use space for Bulk Stock Display or Offices, etc),
- Retail Trading System and Training, (Online Support Included),
- Monthly Flyers for Promotions,
- Initial Uniforms Included,
- 4 Channel CCTV System, (Supplied and Fitted),
- Shop Front and In-Store Signage,
- We will Introduce you to all Major Suppliers in Liquor Trade,
- We will Design and host a Website for your store, to increase online visibility of your business.
- Franchise Fees are (ZERO) 0% of Turnover, all Maintenance or Online Support are Charged per Call-Out, or if you choose, you can pay 2% of Turnover, that is used for Monthly Flyers for In-Store Promotions, Online Marketing, Support and Maintenance of System and Cold Room etc.

Included in an Non-Franchise or Own-Branded Store – Option 2. (Stores from 80m2 up to 120m2)
- Liquor License Application,
- 4 Door Walk-In Beer Fridge, (Fitted Only, Maintenance for your own Expense),
- Store Shelving up to 120m2 (Bigger stores use space for Bulk Stock Display or Offices, etc). (Fitted Only),
- Retail Trading System and Training, (Online Support Excluded and Charged per Call-Out),
- Monthly Flyers for Promotions are Excluded,
- Uniforms are Excluded,
- 4 Channel CCTV System, (Supplied and Fitted Only, Maintenance for your own Expense),
- Shop Front Signage Included, (In-Store Signage are Excluded),
- We will Introduce you to all Major Suppliers in Liquor Trade, and you can negotiate your own Deals and Discounts,
- You can Trade under under your Own Name Only.
- Franchise Fees are (ZERO) 0% of Turnover, all Maintenance or Online Support are Charged per Call-Out
- Store Set-Up price is R 260 000,00 (Excluding VAT and Stock)

For Shops up to 120m2 we offer eLiquor Express Bottle Stores.
PLEASE NOTE: You CAN NOT OPEN or START a Liquor Store or APPLY for a Liquor License on Residential Stands (at your house), a room, outside building or garage or any building NOT ZONED by the Local Municipality for the USE OF BUSINESS or SELLING LIQUOR or for the use of a LIQUOR STORE.
