You have to Lease, Rent, or Own a Building or Business Premises ranging from 80m2 up to 200m2. We fit Stores up to 200m2. Additional Space can be used for Storage or Offices, if your Store is over 200m2
We Require that you Must have a Empty Store Available and Ready to Start Store Set-Up.

Liquor License Application is INCLUDED in eLiquor Start-Up Stores. We ONLY help eLiquor Store Owners with Liquor License Applications. (Store Availability Changes Daily)
Stores Offered to us and Store Availability Changes Daily. We might have a store available in your preferred area of trade. If not, we could assist you to secure the premises AFTER Agreement is Finalized, and Commitment Deposit is Reflecting in our Business Account.
eLiquor Franchise Stores Price is R 450,000.00 (Excl. VAT and Stock) for Fully Fitted Stores from 80m2 up to 200m2. Stock is Supplied on Account through our Listed Suppliers (Subject to Credit Vetting Terms and Conditions)
Franchise Fees are (ZERO) 0%, and do not constitute any percentage of Turnover. Charges for Maintenance or Online Support are applied on a per call-out basis. Alternatively, you have the option to pay 2% of Turnover, which will cover expenses for Monthly Flyers for In-Store Promotions, Online Marketing (Store Website, etc.), Support and Maintenance of System, and Cold Room, among others.
PLEASE NOTE: You CAN NOT OPEN or START a Liquor Store or APPLY for a Liquor License on Residential Stands (at your house), a room, outside building or garage or any building NOT ZONED by the Local Municipality for the USE OF BUSINESS or SELLING LIQUOR or for the use of a LIQUOR STORE.
